Cold Winter Soup



500 g Chestnuts
2 Chorizo sausages
Thyme
Rosemary
2 small onions
2 carrots
2 tomatoes
Saffron
Chili

Fry the onion and chili and when golden add chorizo, a little bit later tomatoes, carrots and chestnuts (peeled), add water and boil until chestnuts are soft. Add herbs and saffron. Now put through a mixer and salt and pepper according to taste.
